3 tablespoons chia seeds
120 ml plant-based milk (I used almond milk)
2 teaspoons maple syrup (honey or other desired sweetener)
Additional: 1 teaspoon Daily Spoon for Energy

In the jar, mix the seeds with milk, maple syrup and store it tightly closed in the fridge overnight.

In the morning, add the blend for Energy, season with nut butter, and favorite nuts and berries. Enjoy!
